I support Virginia staying in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)
Data is everywhere supporting the need for AGGRESSIVE measures to curb greenhouse gases. My own eyes and ears tell me that our environment is severely threatened. The RGGI is needed to address environmental issues.
Ending RGGI is just a way for the current government to destabilize and minimize support for curbing greenhouse gases.
Shame on you.
