What is next? Literacy tests? Poll taxes? The release of dogs onto prospective voters? Water hoses? This is a disappointing attempt to reverse those policies that took this nation closer to the ideals of the Constitution. Each day I am reminded why Virginia was the birthplace of the Confederacy.
