Amendment for the 23VAC30121 Comprehensive Roadside Management Program
The Lynchburg Tree Stewards support the amendment to allow signs and community gardens to be placed 1/4 mile apart rather than 1/2 mile apart on highways where the speed limit has been raised from 45 to 60 miles an hour.
