Hello & thank you for this opportunity to comment. I strongly support the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) because of all the money it raises to help low-income families increase the energy efficiency of their homes and the money it raises to address flooding problems in the Commonwealth. Pollution will be reduced because power companies have to pay to pollute. RGGI is an incentive to increase renewable energy as quickly as possible and reduce the burning of fossil fuels which is having a significant deleterious effect on human health here and elsewhere. It's imperative that VA remain in RGGI!
