Nuclear Power at North Anna

Require that Dominion perform a science-based environmental impact study of the risks associated with nuclear power generation on a site subject to earthquakes. They need to look at how an 80-year old reactor would respond to another such earthquake. The fault line where the plants are located had an earthquake that exceeded the nuclear power plant's design-to specs in 2011. Yet, Dominion wants to extend the life of the plants so they function until they are 80 years old. The possibility of a disaster would make much of Virginia unlivable.
