No Cultural Competency - That's just not what it is

Theories like this are what caused the production of a 'white privilege' bingo. Completely inappropriate. The real focus is a black vs. white and a white vs. black M.O. We don't need a 'who knows how much someone paid for this' political agenda' forced on teachers or in our schools. As a black man, in all true fairness, why is there no white history month, no historically white colleges, no white democratic caucus and no WAACP, white affirmative action, etc. etc.?

The divisive teachings of CRT and its subcomponents are to make white kids feel bad because they are born white. Slavery is long gone. The North had White Slaves. I've seen my mixed raced children negatively affected by this, and while they look black, these recently pushed agendas have created some chaos amongst my childrens' circle of friends, some of whom are white. This is simply not OK to leave out all white history. Reparations in the forms mentioned before and more have occurred and still do. It is our duty to continue TOGETHER to be Americans first and this means marginalizing no sector of our society.

Fairness and respect and kindness from all and to all. Recognize and respect differing opinions and listen to each other. Debate professionally any idealogical differences and learn. Dialogue, not mind control.
