“Cultural competency,” or whatever the term of the day is, is racist and measures our teachers’ ability to inculcate division and systemic racism in our country.  It has no place in any part of our counties, Virginia, the country, or the world.  Let’s stop training our teachers to promote racism and division in the classroom.  Say NO to cultural competency requirements!
