| Action Summary | The Board for Contractors seeks to amend the Prohibited Acts, specifically, the provisions of 18 VAC 50-22-260 B9 in order to include language that would allow time and material contracts as well as cost-plus contracts. This would allow contractors who utilize these types of contracts to comply with the provisions of the prohibited act which currently requires that the contract contain a statement of the total cost.
