| Action Summary | This regulatory action is proposed in order to amend and reissue the existing general permit which expires on February 25, 2018. The general permit covers point source discharges of wastewaters from sites contaminated by petroleum products, chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents, and also the point source discharges of hydrostatic test wastewaters resulting from the testing of petroleum and natural gas storage tanks and pipelines. In addition, a periodic/small business impact review of this regulation will be conducted as part of this regulatory action.
