Action Summary The Board for Waste Management Facility Operators seeks to conduct a general review of its regulations including, but not limited to, the definitions, entry requirements, license classes, and training and education requirements. The proposed amendments will respond to changes in the industry and address concerns brought to the Board by its regulants and staff.
