General Information
Action Summary The Board intends to create a new regulation regarding the professional qualifications, the requirements for passing an applicable examination, the proper conduct of its examinations, the proper conduct of individuals licensed by the Board, the implementation of exemptions from licensure requirements, and the proper discharge of its duties. The Board has the discretion to impose different requirement for licensure for the performance of mold inspections and mold remediation. This regulatory program is mandated by House Bill 2032, passed by the 2009 Session of the Virginia General Assembly.
