General Notice: Virginia Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Heightened Scrutiny Submission

As required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Virginia is posting the assessment results of the HCBS settings that reached heightened scrutiny status. These documents contain information related to the required compliance elements of the HCBS Final Rule.
