The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is accepting public comments for the review of the Virginia Eviction Reduction Program (VERP) 2027-2028 Program Guidelines.
DHCD welcomes stakeholders to provide specific comments.
Comments on the Virginia Eviction Reduction Program (VERP) 2027-2028 Program Guidelines will be received through August 6, 2026, and should be submitted on the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall. Written comments may also be sent to Senta Leslie at senta.leslie@dhcd.virginia.gov or by mail:
