Purpose of Notice:  The Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation are accepting public comment on the proposed FY27 Grant Manual.

After reviewing public comment and making any necessary and appropriate amendments to the draft, the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation will meet on June 9, 2026, and, upon the Board's review and approval, the FY27 Grant Round will open.

Public Comment Period:  The public comment period for this forum will begin April 10 and close on May 11.
