At its March 11th, 2025 meeting, the Board of Long-Term Care Administrators decided to take no action on the petition. The Board has been engaged in an Administrator-in-Training support workgroup and has also held a Regulatory Advisory Panel to recommend regulatory changes to the Board for consideration. Those recommendations, which will come before the full Board in June, contain changes that are in line with the petition. As a result, the recommended amendment will be rolled into the recommendations to the full Board.
