The Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) will consider revisions to the current CTB Industrial Access Policy at its regular meeting on June 15, 2006. The revisions are anticipated to reflect impending legislation amending Section 33.1.221 of the Code of Virginia and the CTB’s consideration of the recommendations contained in House Document No. 4 submitted to the Governor and the General Assembly of Virginia.
