The draft version of Appendix F of the CCC Plus Waiver (formerly the Elderly or Disabled with Consumer Direction (EDCD) and Technology Assisted Waivers) Provider Manual is posted on the DMAS website for public comment through February 23, 2018. Please note that the CCC Plus Waiver Appendix F is a complete revision of the EDCD Appendix F manual. Please see the overview below for more details.

Overview of Changes:  The purpose of this update is to notify providers of procedural changes for Annual Level of Care reviews (LOCERI), effective March 1, 2018.  These changes will improve efficiencies in the Annual Level of Care (LOC) notifications, submissions, and tracking.
