Pursuant to Chapter 14 of Title 28.2 of the Code of Virginia, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) at their meeting beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in the Commission meeting room at 380 Fenwick Road, Building 96, Fort Monroe, to consider an application submitted by Westrock CP LLC to perform repair work on four (4) pilings under an existing dock pad at their facility located along the Pamunkey River at 1901 Main Street in the City of West Point.
