Pursuant to Chapter 14 of Title 28.2 of the Code of Virginia, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) at their meeting beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in the Commission meeting room at 380 Fenwick Road, Building 96, Fort Monroe, to consider an application submitted by Norfolk Southern Railway Company to conduct bridge repairs on an existing railroad crossing of the Pamunkey River, between New Kent County and King William County, by installing 14 Helper Bent structures each consisting of: 4 H-Piles with associated bent caps, bracings, plate stiffeners, splicing structures, and sacrificial anodes, as part of the Bridge NSR F-164.50 Rehabilitation Project.
