The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will release the Final 2024 305(b)/303(d) Water Quality Assessment Integrated Report on August 25, 2025.

The Integrated Report combines both the 305(b) Water Quality Assessment and the 303(d) Report on Impaired Waters. The draft report was available for public comment April 22, 2024, through May 22, 2024. Comments were received from the public and several water quality organizations across the state. EPA approved the final report on July 28, 2025. 

The final report, public comment-response document, and GIS data will be available for download on the website after August 25: https://www.deq.virginia.gov/our-programs/water/water-quality/assessments/integrated-report.
