The updated draft Appendix D of the Rehabilitation provider manual is now available on the DMAS website for public comment until December 13, 2019.

Updates include information regarding Outpatient Rehab CPT code changes for physical and occupational therapy evaluations. Specifically, effective for dates of service on or after December 1, 2019, DMAS and all contracted MCOs in the CCC Plus program and the Medallion 4.0 program will provide coverage for two new approved PT therapeutic procedure codes 97140 and 97112.
