| Purpose of the meeting The Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy is holding a public hearing on the proposed Regulation Governing Vertical Ventilation Holes and Mining Near Gas and Oil Wells, 4 VAC 25-101. This proposed regulation will take the place of the current Regulations Governing Vertical Ventilation Holes and Mining Near Gas and Oil Wells, 4 VAC 25-100, which is being repealed. An interpreter for the deaf will be provided upon request. | ||
