| Purpose of the meeting The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is reconvening the advisory group that assisted us with the development of the Virginia Water Protection General Permit WP5 for Minor Surface Water Withdrawals, as well as several other guests. The purpose of the meeting will be to go over the public comments received on the draft regulation text published in Volume 22, Issue 4 of the Virginia Register on October 31, 2005 and discuss possible changes to the regulation in response to the public comment received. | |||
