| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to receive comments on the notice of intent to adopt a general VPDES watershed permit regulation establishing annual maximum VPDES permitted point source discharge limitations for total nitrogen and total phosphorus to the Chesapeake Bay Watershed and a nutrient trading mechanism. The NOIRA will appear in the Virginia Register of Regulations on May 2, 2005 and the comment period closes on June 1, 2005. | |||
