| Purpose of the meeting This meeting is held as provided under the Virginia Gas and Oil Act (Va. Code Ann. § 45.2-1600 et seq.), the Virginia Gas and Oil Board Regulations (4VAC25-160-10 et seq.), and the Virginia Administrative Process Act (“APA”) § 2.2-4000 et seq., which sets the requirements for agencies of the state government, including boards, to conduct “formal hearings”. | |
