Purpose of the meeting
NOTE: All meetings will be held on Wednesday, July 9th, at DBHDS in the 13th Floor Conference Room, as indicated on the event schedule on Page 1 of the agenda packet. • The Planning and Evaluation Committee meeting starts at 8:30 a.m., with the same virtual access login as the Regular Meeting that begins at 9:30 a.m. • Public comment will be received early during the Regular Meeting; refer to Page 2 of the agenda on timing and information for submitting written or verbal comment, in person or virtually. Comment will not be received on petitions for rulemaking or any regulatory action for which a public comment period has closed. • The biennial planning meeting will take place upon adjournment of the Regular Meeting; no business will be conducted.
