| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of the three-member Nominating Committee meeting is to vote on a slate of officers in accordance with Article 4 of the Bylaws. The decision of the committee will be reported to the State Board of BHDS at the next regular meeting to be held on July 17, 2024, at DBHDS Eastern State Hospital, Williamsburg. This meeting is in person only. There will not be a public comment period as part of the meeting. Start time is upon adjournment of the Dinner Meeting at Colonial CSB (6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.).
