| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Virginia Water Protection Permit Program Regulation (9VAC25-210) and the Groundwater Withdrawal Regulations (9VAC25-610). The public comment period begins on May 20, 2024 and ends July 19, 2024. Anyone wishing to submit written comments for the public comment file may do so through the Public Comment Forums feature of the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall web site at: https://townhall.virginia.gov.
