| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of this additional, all-virtual meeting of the State Board is to file the final stage of this action to amend Chapter 230, Operation of the Individual and Family Support Program [12 VAC 35 - 230]: https://www.townhall.virginia.gov/L/ViewAction.cfm?actionid=5999. (Per Article V.b. of the Bylaws, a 'special called meeting.') It is also to comply with the requirements of SB569 to make amendments for high-quality crisis services and to allow seclusion in certain crisis settings. That legislation passed with an enactment clause to make it effective upon passage, and that the regulatory action would be exempt from the APA. | |||||||
