| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to receive comments on the State Water Control Board's notice of intend to amend the water quality standards regulations to designate certain waters within the Shenandoah National Park as exceptional state resource waters (Tier III). The notice of intent will appear in the Virginia Register of Regulations on February 23, 2004 and the public comment closes on April 9, 2004. | |||
