| Purpose of the meeting *NOTE: The State Board of BHDS will hold a biennial planning meeting the afternoon of July 11th in the 13th Floor Conference Room, DBHDS, Jefferson Building. Details are included in the meeting packet; no business will be conducted. Committee meetings will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 9:25 a.m. before the start of the regular board meeting on July 12th. The main packet is 68 pages. See pages 3-4 for meeting log in information.. Regulatory Business: 1. Periodic Review Result; and Initiation of Proposed Stage: Operation of the Individual and Family Support Program [12VAC35-230]. 2. Exempt Final: Licensing Regulations [12VAC35-105-40] for Amendments per HB679 (2020) to Application Requirements. 3. Fast Track: Streamline Training Center Regulations (Rescind 12VAC35-190; combine into 12VAC35-200). 4.
