| Purpose of the meeting This meeting is for the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act Guidance Development Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) to discuss guidance development related to the recent regulatory amendments to 9 VAC 20-25-830 Chesapeake Bay Preservation Designation and Management Regulations. The regulatory amendment addressed climate change and adaption and the SAG will discuss the draft Guidance addressing this regulatory amendment provisions. The SAG and Guidance development is being managed by the William and Mary Coastal Policy Center and Virginia Institute of Marine Science. | |
