Purpose of the meeting
This meeting will provide the Department of Environmental Quality the opportunity to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed reissuance of the permit for land application, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment on the requested land application sites. Synagro Central LLC has submitted an application to authorize the land application of biosolids to an additional 5460.9 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land at a controlled rate that is protective of water quality and human health.
