| Purpose of the meeting The meeting will provide the Department of Environmental Quality the opportunity to exchange information, such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment for the requested new land application sites, with the interested public on an application for a modification to a permit for land application of biosolids. Recyc Systems, Inc. has submitted an application for reissuance of an existing permit by adding 584.7 additional acres for the land application biosolids at a controlled rate that is protective of water quality and human health.
