| Purpose of the meeting Informal Hearing (VAC 25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted via teleconference for the fact of violation on the following: Justice Low Seam P#1102079 c#JAK0003579, -9:00 a.m. Black River Coal # 1402094 c#JAK0003613- 10:00 a.m.; c#JAK0003572- 11:00 a.m. Chestnut Land Holdings P#1302066 c#JAK0003585 12:00 pm Comments received during the Informal Hearing, along with written comments, will be considered during the review of the captioned orders. The conferences will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will proceed through. There is an allotted time of 1 hour between each hearing which may or may require shorter or longer time, therefore; the following scheduled hearing may begin before or after the specified time. | |
