| Purpose of the meeting Assessment Conference (VAC 25-130-845.12 VCSMRR) will be conducted via teleconference. The conferences is to review the civil penalty assessment for A&G Coal P#1102058, v#JBC0001699 9:00 a.m. Baden Reclamation P#1011953, v#JBC0001764 9:30 a.m. A&G Coal P#1101975, v#JBC0001773 10:00 a.m.; v#JBC0001753 10:30 a.m. A&G Coal P#1101918, c#JBC0001188 11:00 a.m. Comments received during the Informal Hearing, along with written comments, will be considered during the review of the captioned orders. The conferences will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will proceed through. There is an allotted time of 30 minutes between each hearing which may or may require shorter or longer time, therefore; the following scheduled hearing may begin before or after the specified time. | |
