| Purpose of the meeting The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality will hold a virtual/online meeting to discuss the proposed Virginia Water Protection General Permit and the Enforcement Action at Middleburg Preserve I&II/Mojax Development in Saint Louis, Loudoun County. A computer or a mobile device is necessary to participate virtually/on-line. All meeting attendees are encouraged to access the meeting using a computer to view the meeting visuals and submit written questions during the meeting. If you prefer audio only participation without internet access, please email Jim Datko at james.datko@deq.virginia.gov to receive a phone number and ID#. If you participate by audio only, you will not be able to ask questions. After registering you will get a confirmation email with your unique link for joining the webinar.
