| Purpose of the meeting The Charitable Gaming Board (Board) will meet to consider a proposed exempt action to promulgate new regulations governing Texas Hold’Em Poker Tournaments, as mandated by Chapter 982 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly (Senate Bill 936). The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |
