| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed Board of Coal Mine Examiners Certification Requirements, 4 VAC 25-20. This hearing will be in conjunction with the hearing on the proposed Public Participation Guidelines, 4 VAC 25-10 and the Regulations Governing Coal Stockpiles and Bulk Storage and Handling Facilities, 4 VAC 25-125. Special accommodations should be requested within 7 days prior to the hearing. This can be done by contacting the DMME at 276-523-8224. | ||
