| Purpose of the meeting This is a continued emergency meeting under Va. Code 2.2-3708.2(D)(2). The purpose of the meeting is to adopt an Emergency Temporary Standard under Va. Code 40.1-22(6a), Infectious Disease Prevention, SARS-CoV-2 Virus That Causes COVID-19, ยง16 VAC 25-220, applicable to all employers and employees covered by Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) program jurisdiction. | |||
