| Purpose of the meeting The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality's Draft Phase III WIP calls for “Extending the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act West of Interstate 95." The Draft WIP states that "the Commonwealth will establish a work group to develop recommendations for extending the beneficial management measures established under the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act (CBPA) throughout Virginia’s Chesapeake Bay watershed." This is the second meeting of the work group. Please note that while this is a public meeting and members of the public are invited to attend, only members of the work group will be asked to participate. | |
