| Purpose of the meeting The Commonwealth Regional Council will be holding it's 3rd regional stakeholder meeting for development of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP). The purpose of the meeting is to begin identifying additional actions that can be deployed to address pollutant loadings from unregulated sources such as stormwater runoff, septic systems, and urban forestry. Local input in the WIP can drive future state policy, and influence future funding availability. Please RSVP to mfoster@virginiasheartland.org by August 27th.
