| Purpose of the meeting Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) will hold its third regional stakeholder meeting for development of the Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP) for the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL). Stakeholders will discuss voluntary actions to promote the reductions of nitrogen and phosphorus in the unregulated urban, septic, and forest sectors within the Bay watershed in Hampton Roads. | |
