| Purpose of the meeting The Region 2000 Local Government Council will hold the second regional stakeholder meeting for development of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP). This meeting will focus on review of strategies and consideration of capacity gaps within the unregulated urban, septic, and forest sections within portions of Lynchburg City, Appomattox, Amherst, Bedford and Campbell counties to meet water quality goals. | |
