| Purpose of the meeting The Region 2000 Local Government Council will hold it first regional stakeholder meeting for development of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP). Stakeholders will discuss pollutant loads and voluntary reduction strategies within the unregulated urban, septic, and forest sectors within portions of Lynchburg City and Appomattox, Amherst, Bedford and Campbell counties.
