| Purpose of the meeting The Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission will be holding the first of four regional stakeholder meetings for the development of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP). This public meeting will focus on urban pollutant source sector recommendations for Augusta, Bath, Highland, Rockbridge, and Rockingham Counties and the localities within their geographical boundaries to meet water quality goals set by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
