| Purpose of the meeting An information meeting regarding an application to modify an existing permit that allows the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals by Nutri-Blend, Inc. in Goochland County. The modification would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 2,201.0 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land at 17 sites located within Goochland County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
