| Purpose of the meeting A meeting of the Eastern Virginia Groundwater Management Advisory Committee Work Group on Trading. This work group will (i) identify trading options, including, but not limited to trading programs used in other states and trading options developed and used as part of water quality management programs; (ii) evaluate how such trading programs and options might help with future growth and development, future individual reductions and regional water solutions; (iii) for each option, evaluate feasibility, data needs, cost, and possible participants; and (iv) undertake other tasks identified by the EVGMAC. | |
