| Purpose of the meeting In compliance with the grant application process requirements for federal funding of substance abuse prevention and treatment under 45 CFR ยง96.130, DBHDS will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the Synar Annual Report for the Virginia Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant Application for Federal Fiscal Year 2016. Copies of the report are available for review at the Office of Substance Abuse Services, Room 1230, Jefferson Building, 1220 Bank Street, Richmond, VA and on the DBHDS website at http://dbhds.virginia.gov/library/substance%20abuse%20services/draft%20synar%20report%202015.pdf Comments may be made at the hearing or in writing by no later than December 10, 2015, to Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, Attention: Mellie Randall, Office of Substance Abuse Services, P.O. Box 1797, Richmond, VA 23218. Copies of oral presentations should be filed at the time of the hearing. | |
