| Purpose of the meeting An informal hearing (ยง 4 VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Lebanon Office at 9:30 AM on November 21, 2014. Notices of Violation DMLRRSM1 issued to A & G Coal Corporation Permit Nos 1101905, 1101914, 1101916, 1101917, 1101918, 1101954, 1101975, 1101991, 1301992, 1102003, 1102028, 1102042, 1302047, 1302048, 1102051, 1102052, 1102054, 1502053, 1502057, 1102058 1102059 and 1302066 all concern failure to submit materials. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The Informal Hearing Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
